Processing time and Delivery
Production usually is an average of 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times
Canada: 6-14 business days
United States: 3-7 business days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks
I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please also note:
– Colours you see on your monitor may differ slightly from those of the print due to variations in monitor settings.
– Minimum cropping may occur depending upon the size of your print.
– Watermarks will be removed for printing.
